Geboren in 1983 te S’Gravenhage, Nederland. Reeds op driejarige leeftijd was het merkbaar dat Rahied kunstzinnig was. Dat was te merken aan de tekeningen die hij maakte.
Later zou hij ondekken dat hij niet alleen goed kon tekenen, maar dat hij ook een bijzonder talent had voor beeldhouwen.
Rahied werd ontdekt door een bekende kunstenaar van Suriname die hem adviseerde om mee te doen aan de Nationale Kunstbeurs in 2009, welke advies hij ook opvolgde. Hierdoor verkreeg hij een grote bekendheid.
In 2012 deed hij voor de derde keer mee aan de Nationale Kunstbeurs te Ons Erf, waarbij binnen 4 dagen een kunstwerk produceerde, welk een toonbeeld werd van zijn passie voor het beeldhouwen en zijn talent.
Tijdens deze kunstbeurs werd hem een award uitgereikt van “ Best upcoming artist 2012”.
Het succes op de twee voorgaande kunstbeurzen motiveerde hem om ook eens solo te exposeren, welke in 2013 een feit werd, tevens een groot succes.
De jonge kunstenaar was niet meer te stuiten! Hij ontwikkelde zijn talent als kunstenaar steeds verder en in 2014 stond zijn eigen organisatie onder de naam RAB creations. Tijdens de “United Business Fair”, werd zijn logo openbaar gemaakt.
In 2014 was Rahied wederom aanwezig op de Nationale Kunstbeurs te Sana Budaya alwaar hij werd uitgeroepen tot “Artist 2014”.
Ook in 2015 was Rahied met zijn kuntwerken op de Nationale Kunstbeurs present en in 2016 had hij zijn tweede dolo expo met de titel “Ar Rahman”.
Van 5 tot 10 November 2018 nam hij deel aan de China International Import Expo in Shanghai.

Biography
Born in 1983 in The Hague, the Netherlands. Even at the age of three, it was evident that Rahied had an artistic inclination. This was reflected in the drawings he made.
Later, he would discover that he was not only good at drawing, but also possessed a special talent for sculpting.
Rahied was discovered by a well-known artist from Suriname who advised him to participate in the National Art Fair in 2009, advice which he followed. This brought him widespread recognition.
In 2012, he participated for the third time in the National Art Fair at Ons Erf, producing a work of art within 4 days that became a showcase of his passion for sculpting and his talent.
During this art fair, he was presented with the award for “Best upcoming artist 2012”.
The success at the two previous art fairs motivated him to exhibit solo, which became a reality in 2013 and was also a great success. The young artist was unstoppable! He continued to develop his talent as an artist, and in 2014 his own organization was established under the name RAB creations. His logo was unveiled during the “United Business Fair”.
In 2014, Rahied was once again present at the National Art Fair in Sana Budaya, where he was named “Artist 2014”.
Rahied was also present with his artworks at the National Art Fair in 2015, and in 2016 he held his second Dolo expo titled “Ar Rahman”.
From November 5 to 10, 2018, he participated in the China International Import Expo in Shanghai.
